Columbus Catholic volleyball sweeps Neillsville

Dons now 2-0 in Cloverbelt East

NEILLSVILLE — The Marshfield Columbus Catholic volleyball team swept Neillsville 3-0 to win its second-straight Cloverbelt Conference East Division match.

The Dons won 25-19, 25-13, 25-17 at Neillsville on Thursday night.

Kate Turchi had 11 kills, and Brooke Neider had 22 assists to lead the way for the Dons (2-0 Cloverbelt East).

Annie Baierl added 15 digs and five service aces, and Katie Hall had nine digs and five aces for Columbus.

Columbus Catholic will play at Spencer on Tuesday in a battle of Cloverbelt East co-leaders.
