Coni Carol Johnson, 70, of Marshfield, Wisconsin, passed away on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Marshfield Medical Center.

She was born on May 7, 1955, in Buffalo Center, Iowa, to Donald and Shirley (Rasmussen) Bohy. Coni graduated from Marshfield Senior High School in 1973 and went on to dedicate 44 years of service to Ministry St. Joseph’s Hospital and Ministry Home Care before retiring in 2017.

In 1980, Coni began a ceramic business from her home, where she created pieces and sold them at local craft shows. This passion later evolved into her quilt business, Midnight Oil Machine Quilting, which she lovingly operated until late 2025.

On May 25, 1978, Coni was united in marriage to Daniel Johnson. Together, they made their home in the Marshfield area, where they built a life filled with love and simple joys. Coni especially cherished time spent sitting beside her ponds in their beautiful yard. She also enjoyed quilting, fishing trips, girls trips, and, most of all, time with her family.

She is lovingly survived by her husband, Daniel; her brother, Greg Bohy of Aliquippa, Pennsylvania; and her sister and best friend, Holly Reckner of Stratford, Wisconsin.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Donald Bohy, Sr. and Shirley Bohy; and her brother, Donald Bohy, Jr.

A Celebration of Coni’s Life will be held at a later date. Please check back for updated service information.

Coni’s arrangements are under the care of Life Tributes Funeral Home-Spencer. Family and friends are invited to visit www.lifetributesfuneralhome.com to share memories and offer condolences.
