Auburndale girls basketball tops Adams-Friendship for 10th win in a row
Richardson, Gotz each total 18 points for Apaches

AUBURNDALE — The Auburndale girls basketball team won its 10th straight game with a 57-38 nonconference victory over Adams-Friendship on Tuesday night at Auburndale High School.
Paiton Richardson and Taylor Gotz each scored 18 points, Gotz added eight assists and nine rebounds, and Sylviann Momont also had nine rebounds for the Apaches (16-2).
Auburndale shot 49 percent (23 of 48) from the field and made 11 of 13 free throws in the win.
Auburndale plays at Northland Lutheran on Thursday and at Pittsville on Friday. With victories in both games, the Apaches clinch at least a share of Marawood Conference South Division title.
