Marshfield boys pull away from Rapids

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield High School boys basketball team pulled away in the second half win at home over Wisconsin Rapids Lincoln in a Wisconsin Valley Conference battle on Dec. 13.

The Tigers led 25-20 at halftime, and then outscored Rapids 38-20 in the second half to win 63-45.

Addison Hill totaled 18 points and six rebounds, Joey Goettl scored 18 points, Bennett Koehn had 11 points and four rebounds, and Anthony Posteluk added nine points and four rebounds for the Tigers.

Grant Flory finished with 15 points, and Cayden Kautzer had nine points to lead the Red Raiders.
