Marshfield gymnastics wins Snowflake Invite

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield High School gymnastics claimed the Snowflake Invitational at Rhinelander on Dec. 14.
The Tigers finished with a total score of 132.95 to win the eight-team meet over Medford (128.925), Ashland (123.525), Antigo (122.45), Rhinelander (112.275), Mosinee (102.225), Chequamegon (100.4) and Washburn (34.05).
Gracie Holland won the floor exercise (9.45), uneven bars (9.325), and vault (9.375), and placed second in the balance beam (8.9), as she won the All-Around Title with a 37.05.
Alexis Mushel (8.8) was third in the vault, and Hanna Merkel (7.95) tied for third in the uneven bars to Marshfield.
