Marshfield boys tennis wins title at Tomah Quad

Three singles players, two doubles teams take first for Tigers

TOMAH — The Marshfield boys tennis team won five titles to dominate at the Tomah Quadrangular on Saturday.
The Tigers rolled to the team title with the five titles, collecting 24 points. Tomah was second with 12, New Richmond third (11), and Viroqua fourth (2).
Winning tournament championships for Marshfield were Bryce Gadke at No. 1 singles, Jacob Limmex at No. 2 singles, Justin Twardowski at No. 4 singles, the No. 2 doubles team of Jared Draxler and Dylan Handrich, and the No. 3 doubles team of Tanner Boson and Tom Kruger.
Marshfield will compete at the Wisconsin Valley Conference Tournament on Thursday at Wausau East and Wausau West high schools.
