Kratoska named senior financial planning and analysis specialist at SHP

MARSHFIELD – Rob Kratoska has been named Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at Security Health Plan (SHP) of Wisconsin, Inc.
In her role, Kratoska works with operational leaders to ensure the tactics used to implement new processes within the health plan will stream line project planning approval.
“My role is to work on improving team function through cross training process documentation and process improvements, while being a bridge for communication between Security and the other entities of Marshfield Clinic Health System,” Kratoska said.
When asked why she chose to work for Security Health Plan, she said, “Security Health Plan is passionate about helping members and ensuring we have their best interest at heart and that’s important to me.”
Prior to joining SHP, Rob was the director of finance at Network Health. With over 13 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kratoska has worked in financial reporting, process improvements, restructuring acquisition accounting, key performance indicator (KPI) development and tracking, budget creation, and variance analysis.

A Milwaukee native, Kratoska graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology with a master’s degree in business administration.
