For the kids there will be a coloring contest and candy guess, chalk art with a local artist from 1-3 p.m., and an appearance from Smoky the Bear from 3-4 p.m. plus free cake to celebrate Smoky’s 70th birthday. Fireman water fights start at noon, and fireworks start at dusk followed by a performance from Boogie & the Yo-Yo’z.
