CLARK COUNTY – Two Clark County men have been arrested for possessing child pornography. Chief Deputy Jim Hirsch announced the arrests in a July 22 press release, after two search warrants were executed the previous day, in two separate cases.
The first search warrant was executed in the Spencer area, where 31-year-old Jeremy Henaman was arrested for possession of child pornography. The second search warrant was executed in the village of Dorchester, where investigators arrested 24-year-old Ricardo Pena-Cruz.
Members of the Clark County Sheriff’s Office worked with the State Justice Department’s Division of Criminal Investigation on investigating the internet crimes against children, after both agencies received two separate tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Henaman was released on a $1,000 signature bond. Pena-Cruz is being held in the Clark County jail on a $10,000 cash bond.
