Schulz-Juedes arrested in husband’s homicide, held on $1 million cash bond

WAUSAU – The Marathon County Sheriff’s Department has arrested Cindy Schulz-Juedes, 65, in the murder of her husband, Kenneth Juedes.
On Aug. 30, 2006, shortly before 8:30 a.m., Marathon County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the report of a deceased man at H3752 Maple Road in the township of Hull.

The deceased man was later identified as 58-year-old Kenneth E. Juedes, of Unity, a local pharmacist.
“From the onset of this investigation, all evidence led detectives to believe Kenneth was intentionally shot to death while in his home,” Sheriff Scott Parks said in a statement.
The Marathon County Sheriff’s Office has been assisted by the Marathon County Medical Examiner’s Office, Marathon County District Attorney’s Office, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Wisconsin Department of Justice, State Crime Lab, Division of Criminal Investigation, and the State Attorney General’s Office.
Schulz-Juedes was arrested on Nov. 27 and is currently in custody at the Marathon County Jail, held on a $1 million cash bond.
