A 10-year-old wielding a staple gun
On August 20 at 6:08 p.m. a Port Edwards resident reported that there was a 10-year-old child chasing other children with a staple gun. The child was described as wearing a green top and light brown pants and the complainant stated that the boy lived near Third Street and Lavigne Avenue in Port Edwards.
August 21, 2019
Break-in
On August 21 at 3:38 p.m. a Saratoga male reported that upon returning to a property on Ranger Road in Saratoga, he discovered that his garage had been broken into and items had been taken. The male stated that he had been absent for a couple of weeks and did not know when exactly the break-in and theft occurred.
August 22, 2019
Man on the run
On August 22 at 3:54 p.m. it was reported that a male had stolen money and pills before taking off from a residence in Saratoga. The male threatened murder and suicide if the theft was reported. A family member was able to contact the male and track him via an app. The man was driving a green Ford Focus when officers caught up to the male and arrested him.
Vehicle assault
On August 22 at 3:44 p.m. a Port Edwards resident reported that they had witnessed an intoxicated male punch a window on a vehicle with a female inside. The vehicle in question is a dark red Dodge van and the incident happened as the vehicle was leaving an Island Avenue, Port Edwards residence.
August 25, 2019
Pig rampage
On August 25 at 4:51 p.m. an Auburndale female reported that her neighbor’s pigs had gotten out and caused damage to her flower beds and lawn. The incident happened on Yellowstone Road in Auburndale.
