Marshfield Area Respite Care’s annual garden tour is June 24

MARSHFIELD – Marshfield Area Respite Care Center’s 22nd Annual Garden Tour will be held June 24.

During the tour, participants are given an opportunity to explore beautiful home gardens in a self-guided stroll.

Locations on the tour include: Kori and Heather Krueger, M321 Callaway Dr., Marshfield; Jon and Kristin Cutlan, M333 Callaway Dr., Marshfield; Tommie Schultz, M202 Turtle Rd., Marshfield; Marshfield Area Healthy Lifestyles Community Gardens at First Presbyterian Church, 200 S. Lincoln, Marshfield; Ron and Karen Fischer, 1021 N. Schmidt Ave., Marshfield; and Peggy and Kristian Novak, 1511 S. Cedar Ave., Marshfield.

Explore these beautiful home gardens on June 24 from 1-4:30 pm. Punch, pastries and tea sandwiches will be served and door prizes and raffle items will be available at the Ron and Karen Fischer garden.

Tickets may be purchased at Marshfield Area Respite Center, Schalow’s Nursery and Garden Center, the Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry, and at the gardens the day of the tour.

Garden tour proceeds fund scholarships for families in financial need.  Marshfield Area Respite Care Center is a social program and an adult daycare for those affected by dementia and Parkinson’s disease.  For more information contact 715-384-8478 or www.marshfieldrespite.org
