Marshfield takes eighth in WAHA Pee Wee Championships

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield team took eighth place in the Wisconsin Amateur Hockey Association (WAHA) Pee Wee Championships in the 12U – 3A bracket, held in Marshfield March 9-10.
Marshfield entered the bracket in Game 3 versus Black River Falls and took a hard 3-5 loss, before facing Rhinelander in Game 7. After a 3-7 loss to Rhinelander, Marshfield moved on to face Waupaca in Game 9. A 2-5 loss resulted in an eighth place finish for Marshfield in its home town tournament.
