My family.

Yes.
How has balancing academics and athletics been different for you from your freshman year to your senior year?
September and the beginning of October are the only months out of the school year that I am playing tennis, so it’s always been easier to manage than other sports would be.

The friendships that I’ve formed with my teammates.
What about it has caused you to stick with it for this long?
My sister encouraged me to join the tennis team my sophomore year, and the connections that I’ve made since then have encouraged me to continue playing.

My backhand.

Longer bus rides with my teammates when we are able to stop for dinner on the way home.
