Free parent support sessions planned

ADAMS – Childcaring Inc. will host three free Parent Café sessions this fall for parents and caregivers seeking peer support.
The sessions are scheduled Sept. 10, Oct. 8 and Nov. 5 from 5 to 7 p.m. at Adams County Community Center, 569 N Cedar St. in Adams.
The program includes free dinner and child care for children 10 and younger. Parents participate in small group discussions while children engage in supervised activities.
