Local students receive collegiate honors
Carthage College Dean’s List
More than 900 students have been named to the Carthage College Dean’s List for the spring 2019 semester. Local students include: Benjamin Alt, Shannon Hagman, and Tyler Meyer.
MSOE Honors
The following students received academic honors from Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) for the 2019 Spring Quarter:
Joshua Lang, Dean’s List with High Honors, Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Architectural Engingeering, and Randall Witzel, Honors List, Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
Undergraduate students who have earned at least 30 credits and have a cumulative GPA of 3.20 or higher are on the Dean’s List. Students who have maintained a 3.70 or higher receive “high honors.” Undergraduate students on the Honors List have earned a GPA of at least 3.20 (out of 4.0) for this quarter and are not on the Dean’s List.
Skaden named to the University of Delaware’s Dean’s List
Janelle Skaden of Marshfield has been named to the University of Delaware’s Dean’s List for the Spring 2019 semester.
To meet eligibility requirements for the Dean’s List, a student must be enrolled full-time and earn a GPA of 3.33 or above for the semester.
Draeger named to Upper Iowa University Dean’s List
Upper Iowa University has announced the Dean’s List for the 2019 spring semester. To be honored, a student must have earned a minimum 3.50 grade point average for the semester and be enrolled as a full-time student. Honored students included Emily Draeger, a biology major from Marshfield.
Schultz earns spot on University of Dayton Dean’s List
Ruthey Schultz earned a spot on the University of Dayton’s spring 2019 dean’s list, which honors undergraduate students achieving a minimum 3.5 GPA for the semester.
Boson named to Dean’s List for two colleges at the University of Minnesota
Tanner Boson has been named to the Dean’s List for two colleges at the University of Minnesota for the spring semester – the College of Continuing and Professional Studies in construction management and the College of Liberal Arts for political science.
To be named, the student must carry 12 credits in each college and achieve a 3.66 GPA or higher.
