MARSHFIELD — A groundbreaking ceremony was held May 31 for a new science lab addition on the south end of Columbus Catholic High School.
The lab will be named for the project’s major donors Ken and Joellen Heiman. Boson Construction is the general contractor on the addition.
The new facilities will house state-of-the-art labs for chemistry, physics, biology, and other science course study and have room for possible expansion.
The project is scheduled for completion by the start of the next school year.
