Columbus holds Pep Rally for State-bound basketball team
MARSHFIELD — After clinching a Div. 5 Sectional championship on March 9, the Columbus Catholic High School boys’ basketball team will be heading to the WIAA state tournament for a semifinal game against Solon Springs at the Kohl Center in Madison on Friday, March 15. To show support, the school is organizing a pep rally and send-off and the community is invited.
In attendance will be students from Columbus Catholic High/Middle School and Our Lady of Peace Intermediate School (grades 3 through 5), Columbus parents/families, alumni and fans.
The Pep Rally is scheduled for Wednesday, March 13, at 11:30 a.m. at Columbus Catholic High/Middle School, 710 S. Columbus Ave., Marshfield.
Attendees are being asked to park along Columbus Ave. away from the drop zone. Buzz to enter at the main entrance and please sign in as a guest in the Main Office.
