Photo Call: Marshfield Sports, 1940-2000

In conjunction with Marshfield’s 150th anniversary, a committee is gathering content to publish a second volume of Marshfield Memories. Volume II will serve as a fundraiser for the North Wood County Historical Society, in association with Hub City Times. All proceeds will benefit the historical society.

June 29-July 13, the committee will gather photos of any Marshfield sporting activities, from the time period of 1940-2000.

If you have photos that fit this criteria, please bring them to the Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library, Genealogy Room, 105 S. Maple Ave., Marshfield, on Tuesdays, 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. or the Upham Mansion/North Wood County Historical Society, 212 W. Third St., Marshfield, Wednesday 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. and 1:30-4 p.m., or Saturday 1:30-4 p.m., for scanning.
