Intersection of Lincoln & Arlington to close

MARSHFIELD – Beginning June 27, the Marshfield’s Public Works Street Division will be replacing the sanitary sewer mainline at the intersection of South Lincoln Avenue and Arlington Street.
During this time, the intersection will be completely closed to replace the sewer line going east on Arlington.
The detour for this closure for traffic traveling south on Lincoln Avenue will be Eighth Street to Adams Avenue and traffic traveling north on Lincoln Avenue will be 11th Street to Adams Avenue.
Once all underground work is completed, the concrete will be poured in this intersection.
Please allow approximately two weeks for this project to be completed weather dependent. Normal work hours will be 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.
