May 4, 2020 

Stolen plates 

On May 4 at 11:42 a.m. a Marshfield female reported that both the front and rear license plates had been stolen off of her vehicle sometime overnight. She did not provide any potential suspects. The incident occurred on North Central Avenue.

 

May 3, 2020

Harassment

On May 3 at 12:06 p.m. a Marshfield female reported that while she was shopping at a Marshfield grocery store, a 31-year-old Marshfield female approached her and continually harassed her using vulgar language. The suspect was contacted and advised to cease contact with the woman.

 

May 1, 2020

Let’s get physical, physical

On May 1 at 7:23 a.m. an employee of a Marshfield home improvement store reported that a physical altercation had occurred at the store between an employed security guard and a 52-year-old Marshfield male. Upon investigation, it was determined that charges of misdemeanor battery, disorderly conduct, and criminal damage to property for the 52-year-old would be submitted to the District Attorney’s office.

 

April 30, 2020

Green Dot Getaway

On April 30 at 1:26 p.m. an employee of a Marshfield gas station reported that an unknown male had arrived at the store to put money on a Green Dot card. During the transaction, the employee helping the man believed that the transaction had been unsuccessful and returned the card and the man’s payment back to him. After the male had left the store, it was discovered that the payment had been partially successful and $1,000 had been transferred to the card. The store attempted to retrieve the money off of the card 10 hours later and found that the money had already been spent.
