Marshfield Police Blotter: Sept. 12-15, 2019

September 12, 2019

Trespassing 

On September 12 at 11:53 a.m. a Marshfield female reported that a male had entered her residence without her consent. The suspect, a 37-year-old Marshfield male, was arrested on charges of criminal trespassing.

 

September 13, 2019

Fraud 

On Sept. 13 at 3:47 p.m. a Marshfield female reported that she had received a phone call from a maintenance consortium in Wisconsin that referred to an income verification reimbursement that she had been receiving. The woman stated that she has not submitted any forms in the past five years and was then informed that a 45-year-old Marshfield female has been submitting the forms and claiming that she was her employer in order to obtain benefits. The complainant confirmed that she has never been the employer of the subject and hasn’t submitted any forms recently.

 

September 15, 2019

Bond violation

On Sept. 15 at 8 p.m. a 20-year-old Stevens Point female reported that she had received Facebook messages from a 32-year-old Marshfield male. The male was found to be in violation of his bond conditions and was re-arrested and taken to the Wood County Jail.

 

Debit card use 

On Sept. 15 at 3:45 p.m. a Marshfield female reported that her 31-year-old boyfriend, who lived with her, had taken her debit card and used it without her permission. Further investigation revealed that the male had done this on a regular basis in the past and that the male was in violation of his bond conditions. The man was arrested and taken to the Wood County Jail.
