MARSHFIELD – The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) is announcing its scholastic honor roll for the 2018-19 academic year.

The list includes a number of area student athletes, including Kendra Baierl of Marshfield-Columbus, who plays volleyball for UW-Eau Claire. Also making the list is Alexa Aumann of Marshfield, who competes in track-and-field for UW-La Crosse; Marshfield softball standout Lexi Dupee of UW-River Falls; and former Marshfield golf standout Jordyn Fitzgerald of UW-Stout.

Several Spencer athletes who now attend UW-La Crosse also made the list, including volleyball player Marissa Johnson and Rachel Zastrow, who competes in track-and-field. Former Auburndale track-and-field specialist Sylviann Momont of UW-Stevens Point is also on the list.

Three other area track-and-field standouts also qualified, including Pittsville’s Taylor Pralle of UW-Oshkosh, Colby’s Carley Elmhorst of UWSP, and Loyal’s Bailey Waldhauser of UW-Eau Claire. Loyal’s Karsyn Rueth also made the honor roll as a member of the UW-Oshkosh women’s basketball team.

Student-athletes must have a grade point average of at least 3.0 to be named to the scholastic honor roll.
