Featured MAPS pet of the week: Tiny Dancer

By Vicki Riedel
MAPS Volunteer
Tiny Dancer was brought to the shelter in very bad condition. Every time she ate, she would choke and gag. It was later discovered that part of her esophagus was narrowed.
She was then given only soft food, and she is doing so much better. She plays like crazy and is healthy and growing. Hopefully, as she grows her esophagus grows too so she will not have an issue eating hard food.
She will need to be fed soft food and be monitored so that she does not have access to foods that could make her choke. She is a wonderful little girl who needs a caring owner, and a kitty brother or sister would be nice too.
