Featured MAPS pet of the week marshfield area shelter adoption cat mara
Mara is available for adoption.

By Vicki Riedel

MAPS Volunteer

My name is Mara, and I live at the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter Adoption Center. I really like all the other kitties here, but my very best friend is a kitty named Prince.

I came to the shelter when I was really little, and now I am starting to grow up, but I still love to play with toys and run around. When I am done playing, I just love to snuggle up with the other kitties or one of the volunteers.

I would love a home of my own, and maybe Prince could come too. Please come visit me and all the rest of my friends very soon.

If interested in adopting, visit the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter website at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org and complete an adoption application, or call 715-486-5140 for more information. You can also visit adoptable pets at our Microchip & Adoption Center located at Marshfield Mall from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. View all adoptable pets at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org/adopt.
