Amber came into the shelter very thin after roaming the streets for possibly a long time. She could have encountered other animals that were mean to her, and now she does not get along with other cats because she is scared of them.

Amber needs a safe home with a patient and understanding owner who will give her time to adjust to a new lifestyle and let her be the only pet. She is very affectionate towards humans and loves to be brushed and cuddled. Please consider giving this beautiful kitty a chance.

If interested in adopting, visit the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter website at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org and complete an adoption application, or call 715-486-5140 for more information. You can also visit adoptable pets at our Microchip & Adoption Center located at Marshfield Mall from 4:30-6 p.m. Monday-Friday and Saturdays from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. View all adoptable pets at www.MarshfieldPetShelter.org/adopt.
