MARSHFIELD — Thirty-two teams from all over Wisconsin will be in Marshfield for the Annual Small Town Baseball State Championships June 24-26. Most teams are staying overnight at local hotels, which are sold out for the weekend. The Marshfield Contention and Visitors Bureau works closely with Small Town Baseball and the area hotels to help, plan, and run this event.
The games will be hosted at the Steve J. Miller Park fields with games running Friday morning through Sunday. There will be entertainment and food as well. The public is welcome, and admission is free. For more information visit smalltownbaseball.com.
