MARSHFIELD — One of the best ways to see if a college is right for you is to visit the campus and speak with faculty, staff, and current students. The University of Wisconsin-Marshfield/Wood County invites area high school students, their families, and adults considering returning to college to learn more about the campus at Wednesdays at the Wood. The next such event will be held Dec. 2 at 2 p.m.

This free event allows students and families to get a taste of campus life and discover what the local University of Wisconsin campus has to offer. Learn about classes, professors, student activities, on-campus housing, and organizations from current student ambassadors.

Registration is encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome. Register online or learn more at marshfield.uwc.edu/admissions/visit or call 715-389-6530.
