Tyler is CentralStar Cooperative scholarship recipient

WAUPUN – Jillian Tyler, Granton, has been selected as a CentralStar Cooperative scholarship recipient.

Tyler is among seven individuals awarded by CentralStar Cooperative, which serves dairy and beef producers in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Indiana.

The $1,000 scholarships are being awarded to students pursuing education in agricultural-related fields. Scholarship recipients include Collin Wille, Rice Lake, Northeast Iowa Community College; Brett Mullikin, Waldo, University of Wisconsin-Madison Farm and Industry Short Course; Tyler, Granton, University of Wisconsin-River Falls; Bailey Larson, Alma Center, University of Wisconsin-River Falls; Emma Gwidt, Pulaski, University of Wisconsin-Madison; Madeline Meyer, Ionia, MI, Michigan State University (MSU); and Brandon Biese, Chilton, University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Tyler is heading into her second year at UW-River Falls this fall, after serving as a FFA State Officer for a year. Tyler is majoring in agricultural education, with intentions of moving back to central Wisconsin to work as an ag teacher. Tyler is the daughter of David and Karen Tyler and was raised on Tyler Farms.
