STRATFORD — An official groundbreaking ceremony held Monday, Nov. 7, signaled the start of the second phase of a $16 million project in the Stratford School District. In April 2016 voters approved a referendum allowing the district to renovate and update its facilities.
The second phase of the project allows for an addition that will accommodate five classrooms as well as office space.
