Security Health Plan job fair to fill new customer service positions

MARSHFIELD — To keep pace with a rapidly growing membership, Security Health Plan will hold a job fair Tuesday, Feb. 3, to fill 14 new full-time positions for its Customer Service Department.

“Our membership has grown significantly in the past year, so we’re expanding our Customer Service team to make sure we can keep up with our members’ needs,” said Ken Baur, assistant director of Operations, Security Health Plan. “Giving our members the best possible service is one of our core values.”

Customer service agents respond to members’ questions about products and services. They primarily work with members through telephone contact. The position offers a good work environment, and hours are 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

The job fair will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Blodgett Room, Holiday Inn, Marshfield.
