Railroad crossing north of East Fourth Street to undergo reconstruction
MARSHFIELD — Beginning at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 20, the Canadian National Railroad will begin a reconstruction project to replace the rail and upgrade the track crossing on Galvin Avenue north of East Fourth Street. This will include replacement of the ties, rails, and crossing material and, finally, placement of new asphalt. This work is anticipated to take approximately one week.
The posted detour route will utilize the following county trunk highways: H, T, and Y.
