MARSHFIELD – Marshfield’s new picklball court, dubbed the Move Forward Pickleball Complex, will officially open June 7, when a ribbon cutting ceremony will be held.
At the same time, the complex will play host to a fundraiser to help feed homeless pets at the Marshfield Area Pet Shelter, or MAPS, and a used running shoes donation site will help Sneakers4Good. The sneakers should be gently worn or new.
The Feed a Pet Tournament kicks off at 8:30 a.m. Friday, June 6, and continues Saturday at 11:30 a.m.
Move Forward Pickleball Complex is at Braem Park, 905 N Cedar Ave.
