MARSHFIELD – Siyavoush Soleimani Group — an Applebee’s® Neighborhood Grill + Bar and IHOP franchisee — will open its second dual-branded Applebee’s/IHOP restaurant in the state right here in Marshfield.
The restaurant, which opens on Tuesday, Sept. 16, is located at the intersection of North Central Avenue and Peachtree Avenue — where the previous Applebee’s location found its home.
“The new space will be home to two of the world’s favorite restaurant brands, offering guests all the classics from IHOP’s world-famous pancakes and breakfast offerings to Applebee’s fan-favorite boneless wings, burgers, and appetizers, all under one roof,” a Siyavoush Soleimani Group release stated.
To celebrate the restaurant’s grand opening, Siyavoush Soleimani Group and the Marshfield Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Sept. 16.
“We’re excited to bring Wisconsin its very first dual-branded Applebee’s and IHOP location,” said Sam Soleimani, owner. “Marshfield is a vibrant community, and we’re proud to be part of its growth. This opening marks another step in our commitment to expanding across the region and delivering exceptional and affordable dining experiences to more guests.”
“The unique menu features fan favorites from both brands that guests can mix and match anytime, day or night,” the release added.
“When guests walk through the doors of this dual-branded restaurant, they will find two distinct dining areas to choose from—the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Applebee’s or the bright, cheerful ambiance of IHOP. The restaurant’s design will pay homage to both brands’ iconic images while shared common areas, including the host stand and bathrooms, create an integrated experience.
An Applebee’s/IHOP restaurant is opening in Ashwaubenon, with others in the works in Delafield, Wausau and Menomonee Falls.
