Buttercup takes a test flight

Buttercup the Balloon took a test flight on June 4, getting ready for her debut during the Dairyland Balloon Jubilee. Organizers Steve and Nancy Woller said they had the balloon built in Brazil for the first-ever hot air balloon festival, set for July 11 and 12 at Seehafer Acres in Marshfield. It will feature more than 40 balloons from around the country, and the Wollers said it’s expected to be the largest balloon rally in Wisconsin. Sirena Mankins / City Times photos
