ROZELLVILLE — A longtime linchpin of the local food scene, the Buck-A-Neer Supper Club in Rozellville is closing. The restaurant broke the news on its Facebook page, and Hub City Times independently verified the closing.
The “Buck” as it is referred to by many is famous for its down-home food, including fish fry, steak, and cheese curds, and friendly service. The restaurant posted the following message on its Facebook page:
After 43 years, the Buck-A-Neer Supper Club in Rozellville will be retiring. Wednesday, June 22, will be our final day. It has been an honor and privilege to serve our loyal customers from near and far. PLEASE REDEEM ALL VALID GIFT CERTIFICATES ON OR BEFORE JUNE 22. We thank you for all the friendships forged, the memories, and laughs over good food and drinks. While we will miss seeing all of you, and it’s not easy to say goodbye, it’s time for us to turn the page and enjoy our next chapters. May your hearts and stomachs always be full.Tom & Ann, Roy & Jeannie
