April 3
Marshfield man arrested for felony bail jumping
At 9:03 p.m., a 34-year-old Marshfield man was arrested for felony bail jumping. He was taken to the Marshfield Police Department, booked, and transported to WOSO. Charges are being requested through the Wood County District Attorney’s office.
April 6
Restaurant manager reports verbally abusive customer
At 11:37 a.m., a Marshfield restaurant manager reported that a 24-year-old Auburndale woman came into the business and began yelling at staff members, making vague threats. The manager asked that the woman be warned and told to stay away from the property.
Traffic stop leads to felony charge for Milwaukee man
A traffic stop on Central Avenue resulted in the arrest of a 29-year-old Milwaukee man. He was transported to the Marathon County Jail. A felony charge of possession of a fire arm and a charge for carrying a concealed weapon are being requested.
April 7
Vehicle damaged at Marshfield department store
A 51-year-old Marshfield woman reported that sometime between 6:45-7:20 p.m. her front passenger side quarter panel was damaged while parked at a Marshfield department store. A witness, and paint transfer, identified the suspect’s vehicle as a brown truck. The department store will provide video footage.
April 8
Speeding stop ends with third OWI
At 12:21 a.m., a 38-year-old Mosinee man was stopped for speeding and was subsequently arrested for operating while intoxicated – third offense.
Spencer man arrested for domestic disorderly conduct
A 50-year-old Spencer woman reported that she was involved in an argument with her boyfriend, a 47-year-old Spencer man, in which he attempted to hit her several times. The Spencer man was arrested for domestic disorderly conduct, booked, and transported to Wood County Jail.
