Youth wrestlers qualify for state

MARSHFIELD — Spencer/Columbus Youth Wrestling is sending 11 wrestlers to the WWF Youth State Tournament in Madison this weekend. S/C had 16 wrestlers compete at the qualifier tournaments March 18.
Annelise Spindler, Grady Schultz, Tucker Lomax, Beckam Schultz, Garrett Bodendorfer, Riddick Meyer, Holden Lomax, Zach Knaack, Ember Zupanc, Jackson Manicke, and Jacob Soback will all take the mats this Friday and Saturday.
Axel Wolf, Carter Abegglen, Andreas Spindler, Cashton Vogel, Trey Schmidt and Hunter Boyd also competed in the qualifier tournaments on March 18, but came up a little short.
