Chapel, Schley are MAREA scholarship recipients

MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Area Retired Educators’ Association (MAREA) has awarded two scholarships to area graduating seniors going into the field of education.
The scholarships were awarded to Hailey Chapel, Stratford, daughter of Jenny Chapel and Chris Chapel, who will be attending UW Stevens Point; and McKenna Schley, Loyal, daughter of Steve and Alison Schley, who will be attending UW Stout. Both plan to teach at the elementary level.
The scholarships are open to seniors from the 10 schools represented by MAREA members, they include: Abbotsford, Athens, Colby, Edgar, Marathon, Marshfield, Loyal, Pittsville, Spencer, and Stratford.
