MARSHFIELD – The city of Marshfield is seeking residents living in the city limits who are interested in serving as a commissioner on Marshfield’s Utility Commission.

To apply, submit a letter, stating your qualifications and reasons for wanting to serve on the board. This letter must be received by Sept. 3. The letter should be addressed to Amy Krogman, Administrative Specialist/HR Assistant, 207 West 6th St., Marshfield, WI, 54449

The city’s municipal code provides that a five-member utility commission is elected by the common council to serve staggered five-year terms.

The names of the interested persons will be presented to the council at its Sept. 14 & 28 meeting. The common council will elect one person to the five-member board at its Sept. 28 meeting.
