Hot Time in the City
5-9 p.m. MACCI’s monthly social business networking event will be hosted downtown by Main Street Marshfield. Enjoy a grill-out alfresco as you sample downtown restaurants’ foods.
July 30
Open Street Downtown Shopping & Dining
5-9 p.m. Streets will be closed to traffic Central Avenue – Veteran’s to Fourth Street for pedestrians to enjoy evening shopping and dining downtown.
Hub City Concert Series
7-9 p.m. at Wenzel Family Plaza. Grab your picnic blanket or lawn chairs for a leisurely night out on the grass. Main Street Marshfield will be selling soft drinks, including Mini Donut Cream Soda. Free concert. Soft drink proceeds benefit downtown programming.
July 31
Car & Bike Show
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Marshfield’s Downtown on Central Avenue. The Hub City Days Car Show spans over 10 city blocks, features over 500 car/bike entries, a live DJ, kids games, tons of door prizes, free t-shirts for veterans, veteran appreciation raffle, kids-only raffle, and Dennis
Anderson and his King Sling monster truck. Car show vehicle registration is 8-10 a.m. Registration is free with a suggested donation of a non-perishable food item to benefit the United Way programs. Car show entries can look forward to more than 80 trophies and bonus awards announced at 3 p.m.
Horse Power Show
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at Upham Mansion. Walk through an exhibit of horse-drawn carriages dating from the early 1900s.
Family Zone
10 a.m. – 3 p.m. in the Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library Parking Lot. Find fun for all ages at the Family Zone, Enjoy Simplicity’s Chalk-a-palooza and kid games, Marshfield fire truck, Hiller’s bounce houses, Everett Roehl Marshfield Public Library features, and more.
Food Vendors
11 a.m. – 10:30 p.m. on Second Street between Chestnut and Central Avenues.
Bags for Bags Cornhole Tournament
Noon – 3 p.m. in the 200 block of South Maple Avenue. Payouts first to third place. Other raffles and winnings will be available throughout the day. Pre-register with Hub City Cornhole on Facebook, or register at the event location that day from 11 a.m. to the event start. Bring your own partner and bags. Proceeds benefit the United Way Backpack Drive.
15th Annual Brew Fest & Live Music
Noon – 3 p.m. in Wenzel Family Plaza. Participants receive a souvenir pint glass and snacks to soak up the suds. Plus, live music by Rising Phoenix. Pre-register online at mainstreetmarshfield.com or purchase in person at the Main Street Marshfield office, MACCI, or Blue Heron BrewPub. Rain location: Central Wisconsin Fairgrounds.
Music & Mocktails
5-11 p.m. in the Soo Line Parking Lot. Enjoy non-alcoholic mocktails and fun drinks with no cover charge. Electri-City by KLM Entertainment kicks off at 5 p.m., then Milwaukee’s DJ King James takes the stage to play open-format from 8-11 p.m.
Live Music & Beer Garden
11 a.m. – 11 p.m. at Wenzel Family Plaza. Enjoy drinks and socializing with no cover charge. Rising Phoenix plays noon-3 p.m., DJ Lonie G spins 3-6:30 p.m., then Spicy Tie Band takes the stage 7-11 p.m. Rain location: Central Wisconsin Fairgrounds.
