City to begin street work near Marshfield Medical Center

MARSHFIELD – The city of Marshfield will be limiting the four-lane road on West Kalsched Street to two lanes beginning Oct. 16, to start an asphalt maintenance project of mill and replacement between North St. Joseph Avenue and Balsam Avenue.
Through traffic will be maintained on Kalsched Street, with traffic restricted to one lane in each direction on the north side of Kalsched Street. Also, the north exit/entrance to the Marshfield Medical Center emergency parking lot will be closed until the project is completed.
The lane restrictions will be in effect for approximately two weeks.
