MARATHON COUNTY – The Marathon County CrimeStoppers is seeking information in a theft that occurred in the town of McMillan.

In August, two wooden donation boxes were stolen from the Islamic Society of Central Wisconsin located at 200560 Meadow Ave in the town of McMillan. The wooden donation boxes were attached to a wall inside the building.

On Aug. 12, a male was seen exiting the building possibly carrying the stolen items. The male walked to a vehicle which had a second person sitting in the driver’s seat, who appeared to be a female. The vehicle appeared to be a Toyota Highlander or a Rav4 with out of state plates. The loss is estimated at approximately $1,000.
