MARSHFIELD – Marshfield’s Donna Rozar is moving on to November’s general election, after a primary win on Aug. 11 in the state’s 69th Assembly District.

Rozar defeated three other Republican challengers to advance to November’s ballot.

When asked what put her over the top, she said:

69th1

Rozar got 53 percent of the vote. Tim Miller of Stratford finished in second place, with 27 percent. He was followed by Michael Smith of Loyal with 16 percent. Matthew Windheuser of Marshfield finished a distant fourth place with four percent.

Rozar will now face Brian Giles, of Marshfield, in the general election. Giles was unopposed in the partisan primary.
