Sex offender to be released into Clark County

CLARK COUNTY – The Clark County Sheriff’s Department is notifying the public of a convicted sex offender who will be released in August.
“Charles A. Montgomery had previously served his sentence for two counts of second degree sexual assault of a child, second-degree sexual assault, and two counts of bail jumping,” a Clark County Sheriff’s release stated. “He will be released from custody on August 4, 2020.”
Montgomery will reside at W11139 County Highway B, Humbird.
“Mr. Montgomery will be supervised by agents specializing in intensive supervision,” the release added. “He is to comply with requirements/rules of supervised release and the division of community corrections rules. He is to comply with requirements of lifetime sex offender registration and comply with the requirements of lifetime GPS.”
