City reminds residents of communication methods prior to facilities reopening

From the city of Marshfield
MARSHFIELD – The Marshfield Common Council voted 8-2 during the May 14 special common council meeting to maintain the order of the Governor’s Safer at Home Order No. 28 for the opening of city-owned facilities to the public. The common council will revisit the issue with a report from the city administrator at the next common council meeting on May 26 at 6 p.m., on how the city will possibly begin to open up city facilities to the public.
Department/division head staff members are already in the process of making arrangements and developing a solid plan that will be shared to the Council at the next meeting, according to City Administrator Steve Barg.
“We need to make sure our employees and our citizens are safe once we open our facilities back up to the public,”said Barg.
