Advanced Disposal

For Hub City Times

MARSHFIELD – Effective May 18, Advanced Disposal will resume normal bulk item and bag collection procedures.

On March 23, Advanced Disposal – the contracted service for refuse and recycling in the city –issued a statement saying that all trash and refuse must be placed in carts and any loose items outside the cart would not be collected.

Advanced will now resume collection of bulk items and items outside of issued carts.

“We do not anticipate having to suspend this service again in the foreseeable future but will continue to adhere to any regulatory policies that may require adjustment in the future.  Thank you for your patience and assistance during the period we were not able to provide this service to the City of Marshfield residents,” Advanced Area Municipal Marketing and Governmental Affairs Manager Dale Marth said in a release.
