Disorderly Conduct

On April 26 at 6:02 p.m. a Marshfield male reported that there was a 32-year-old Marshfield male at his West 14th Street residence who was causing a disturbance. The complainant stated that the subject was yelling, slamming doors, and had kicked out a window screen. The male eventually calmed down upon the arrival of officers.

 

April 23, 2020

Facebook harassment

On April 23 at 10:49 a.m. a Marshfield male reported that he had received threatening messages via Facebook from an unknown individual. Investigation revealed that a 29-year-old Marshfield female and a 37-year-old Unity male were responsible for the messages.

 

High speed chase

On April 23 at 9:49 p.m. a Marshfield officer reported that during an attempted traffic stop on South Central Avenue, an 18-year-old Marshfield male driver with two passengers had fled, resulting in a high speed chase. During the pursuit, speeds reached 105 mph and multiple traffic violations were observed. The vehicle eventually crashed and the driver was taken into custody. Both of the passengers along with the driver suffered minor injuries.
