MARATHON COUNTY – A 22-year-old Spencer man appeared in Marathon County Circuit Court on April 8, accused in the stabbing deaths of two men.

The first man was found dead in a town of Cleveland home on the morning of April 7, while a second victim died that evening at an area hospital.

Brandon Noll was arrested in Marshfield on April 7 after a traffic accident at Galvin Avenue and East Fourth Street in Marshfield, followed by a police chase with a vehicle stolen from the Quality Roofing parking lot.

Marathon County officials say the call came in at about 8:30 a.m. from a home on County Highway P, northeast of Stratford. There, deputies found one male dead and one injured – both men were in their 20s.

Officials say that Noll and the two men were not the only ones present in the home at the time of the incident.

Noll is due back in court for an initial appearance on April 17. He is being held on a $5 million cash bond.
