MARSHFIELD – Ron Wilczek has been promoted to vice president/commercial lending manager at Forward Bank.  In this role, he will focus on providing direction for the commercial lenders serving customers in the bank’s various markets.

Wilczek

Wilczek has over 20 years of banking experience in the Marshfield area and has been with Forward Bank since 2018. He is currently active serving as Marshfield Area Chamber of Commerce & Industry Board of Directors chair, Marshfield Area Community Foundation Board of Directors treasurer, and Columbus Catholic Varsity girls basketball coach.

“Ron’s experience and coaching style has already created natural mentoring opportunities within the business banking team,” said Dave Clark, president of Forward Bank. “His connections in the industry and understanding of how larger organizations make connections across departments will continue to enhance the full-service approach we have in business banking at Forward.”
